In August 3-5, BAU Congress China International Building Technology Conference 2023 was held in Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. On August 5, hosted by Boris Schade-Bunsow, editor-in-chief of magazine Bauwelt, Meng Yan, the principal architect of URBANUS, was invited to deliver a speech of “Intervening the City and Reframing Locality”. Meng Yan shared four new projects completed by URBANUS in Shenzhen with the audience, and showed how URBANUS’ commitment to exploring architecture based on research into emerging current urban issues.
